Relative to posthumously recognizing the Honorable Ruth Bader Ginsburg, for her twenty-seven (27) years of service as an Associate Justice on the United States Supreme Court; and to commend her for her legendary victories and advocacy against gender discrimination, and her invaluable service and historical contributions to the civil rights of the people of the United States of America; and further expressing our deepest condolences to her family on her passing on behalf the I Liheslaturan Guåhan and the people of Guam.
